Rockey Studio ("we", "us", or "our") developed Phonomic as a paid Android application.

Phonomic does not require you to create an account and does not collect or store personal information on Rockey Studio servers.

Phonomic does not operate a backend service for collecting user data.

2. Microphone

Phonomic requires access to your device's microphone because its primary function is to use your phone as a live microphone.

Microphone audio is used for the application's live microphone-to-speaker functionality.

Phonomic does not intentionally upload or store your microphone audio on Rockey Studio servers.

3. Bluetooth

Phonomic uses Bluetooth functionality to communicate with compatible Bluetooth audio devices, such as Bluetooth speakers.

Bluetooth-related permissions may be required depending on your Android version.

Phonomic does not intentionally collect or store information about your Bluetooth devices on our servers.

4. Internet and Network Services

Phonomic does not require a Rockey Studio account or cloud service for its core microphone functionality.

If Android, Google Play, or another system service communicates with external services as part of the Android operating system or app distribution process, those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Payments

Phonomic is a paid application distributed through Google Play.

Payments and purchase-related information are processed by Google Play and its payment infrastructure. Rockey Studio does not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information through Phonomic.

Google may process purchase information according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Phonomic does not provide a Rockey Studio cloud account or cloud storage for user data.

The application does not intentionally transmit microphone recordings or personal information to Rockey Studio servers.

Phonomic does not intentionally use third-party analytics, advertising, or user-tracking services for its core functionality.

Google Play is used for distributing the application and processing purchases.

Third-party services, including Google Play and Android system services, may process information according to their own policies.

Phonomic does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because Phonomic does not require an account or intentionally collect personal information, no personal profile is created within the application.

Because Phonomic does not operate a Rockey Studio backend for storing user information, there is no Rockey Studio server database containing your personal information or microphone recordings.
